Title: Moon Knight: Fist of Khonshu #5 Cover (Marvel, 1985)
Media Type: Pencil and Ink
Art Type: Cover
Artists: Chris Warner (penciller)
Chris Warner (inker)

Excellent, early Moon Knight cover from the Fist of Khonshu mini-series that focused on the supernatural aspects of the character, giving Moon Knight (Marc Spectre) new Egyptian moon-themed weaponry and reveals that Spector's strength now increases in accordance to the phases of the moon! Also Specter is now experiencing actual multiple personalities as a result of the stress of maintaining four identities yet declares he will now be a true vengeance avatar, the Fist of Khonshu! As most collectors know, Moon Knight artwork has been in greater demand since Disney+ announced the new Marvel series featuring Oscar Isaac in the title role. Rendered in ink over graphite on standard size Bristol board. Note the staining along left border edge appears to be from light moisture damage that doesn't affect the artwork.
