Sal  Buscema

Sal Buscema (born Silvio Buscema, in Brooklyn, NY, January 26, 1936) is an American comic book artist, primarily for Marvel Comics, where he enjoyed a ten-year run as artist of The Incredible Hulk and a 100-issue run on The Spectacular Spider-Man. Affectionately known as an artistic work-horse, through self-tutleledge and harsh critique from his famous comic artist older brother, John Buscema, Sal became one of the most prolific artists at the company for over 30 years. Notably he's credited with creating multiple Marvel characters and has received several major industry awards, including the Inkpot Award, Hero Initiative Lifetime Achievement Award, and Inkwell SPAMI Award.
